    • Consciously schedule times of rest and relaxation.
    • Avoid overload and create space for spontaneous activities.
    • Take a deep breath more often – works wonders – relaxation is always just a breath away
  • Letting go of baggage:
    • Analyze areas in your life where you feel burdened (physically or emotionally).
    • Clean up and get rid of things or thoughts that no longer bring you joy. Cleaning out your closet can be very liberating. Invite a friend to support you and have a relaxed chat.

    • Focus on how your body moves and how this supports ease.
    • Can you combine unloved things, such as housework, with music and dance? With music everything becomes easier.
  • Practice gratitude
    • Make a daily note of things you are grateful for – in writing or in your mind.
    • Focus more and more on the positive and feel the lightness in your life increase
    • See the big and small miracles in life. Not every person has the ability to walk, hear or see. Not every person in the world today sleeps in their own bed.
