These exercises and ideas can help you see more possibilities in life. Sometimes we can’t see the woods for the trees

  • Openness to change – being active:
    Be ready to embrace change and open yourself to new opportunities, even if they are outside your comfort zone. Don’t wait passively for opportunities, but actively look for ways to achieve your goals.
  • Find a Coach / Mentor:
    Find a coach, mentor or companion, they can support you with their experience and knowledge to better navigate through your life. Make sure that you feel comfortable with that person – only then you can open up and the session can initiate the changes and show your potential.
  • Little Steps:
    Break down big goals into smaller, achievable steps. This makes the path to your goals less daunting and allows for steady progress.
    Courage = Fear + 1 Step. The first step is the most important!
  • Encourage creativity:
    Think outside the box and look for unconventional solutions and approaches to problems. Ask yourself: How else could I see this? This is how you open yourself up to new things.
  • Mastermind Gruppe/Partners in Believing:
    Find like-minded people and agree to meet weekly / fortnightly to work on your goals and get different perspectives/ideas. Be there for each other, encourage each other; believe in each other and lend your faith to the other person when he or she cannot.
